Nature of work
- We do custom applications for a wide range of companies so there are many opportunities to learn about new industries and different business and technical processes.
- Our primary focus is full life-cycle development projects, so you'll get ample chance to use and learn a variety of skills. Our engineers work in teams that typically stay together for the life of the project.
- We do intensive database design and development. If you enjoy the nitty-gritty detail this kind of work requires, you'll fit right in.
- Our projects are based on schedules and estimates developed by engineers, not sales people. You get to develop them, and, you are expected to deliver on your commitments.
- Software development without rules can be thrilling, and disastrous! We prefer a bit more structure. Our project methodology helps us manage project issues and keep on track.
- Serving our customers, each other and meeting our commitments is very important to us. We strive to do that with integrity, honesty, humility and hard work.
